HOUSE RULES THAT YOU & YOUR GUESTS ARE COMMITTING TO ABIDE BY: 1. Please treat our suites like your own home as we would prefer not to have to charge anyone for damages. 2. Please confine all eating or drinking to the kitchen, dining room table, or balcony only. 3. Please be mindful of others staying next to you. Hence, quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 4. Garbage must be taken out to the dumpster upon being full or before departing your suite on check-out day. a fee of $20 will be charged if garbage is not taken out. 5. Dishes must be loaded into the dishwasher before check-out. $20 will be charged if dishes are not loaded into the dishwasher upon check-out. 6. Please remove all sand and dirt from clothing and other items before entering your Suite. Do not sit on furniture, upholstery, or beds before all sand and dirt are removed. 7. Please do not sit on the furniture, upholstery, or beds with wet clothing of any kind, but especially swimwear. Stains from pool chemicals, for example, tend to appear after a damaged area has dried. 8. Please do not run the air conditioner while the windows are open. Please do not push the air conditioner below 72 degrees during hot summer months or it can seize 9. Remove shoes before entering the Suite, especially before entering carpeted areas is appreciated 10. Please abide by the pool area rules and hours of operation. Fob key replacement is $50 each. 11. If you use the grill, please make sure to turn off the propane after each use. If the propane tank is left on a $20 fee will be charged. 12. Please clean the Bar BQ after use or there will be a $50 fee. 13. Inside furniture is to stay inside the house. No outside use, please. 14. Events are not allowed, there is a $10,000 fine. 15. There is a smoking/vaping fine of $5,000 for smoking inside or within 25 feet property. 16. If pets are discovered, there is a $1,000 daily pet fee will be charged. 17. Bring your own pool towels, there are some courtesy towels pools in the laundry. Dirty diapers are to be directly taken to the outside garbage. 18. Nail polish usage is not allowed 19. Sanitary napkins/feminine hygiene products need to be disposed of properly in the trash, not flushed down the toilet 20. If you break or lose something, you’ll be responsible for covering the charges to replace it 21. Please do not remove the towels from the property. DO NOT TAKE THE INSIDE TOWELS TO THE POOL. 22. There will be a $50 fine if you do not send pictures of each bedroom, living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and patio for your check-in and check-out procedures. 23. A later checkout may be available at the following rates, normal checkout is 10:00. Late checkouts must be approved and paid for. Here are the following rates: Check out at 12:00 pm - If you want to extend your checkout by 2 hours, the cost is 20% of the last night's rate. Check out at 2:00 pm - If you want to extend your checkout by 4 hours, the cost is 50% of the last night's rate. Check out at 8:00 pm - If you want to extend your checkout by 10 hours, the cost is 80% of the last night's rate. 24. Your vacation rental is fully stocked with household items. If any items appear missing, damaged, or broken at the time of check-in, please send pictures, otherwise, you will be responsible.
